Full systems are built to order by hand in Vero Beach, Florida, and ship in about 2 to 4 weeks. The build time shows under the price on a full system and again in your cart. On a full system, Polished adds about 3 weeks and Cerakote about 1 week. Slip-on mufflers and parts ship on their own schedule. US orders of $250 or more ship free, counted after discounts. 90 days from purchase with proof of purchase and installation by a certified Harley Davidson mechanic. Header cracks are covered in the warranty period, and outside it we still repair them free. Finishes are not covered because heat and tuning vary bike to bike. Brackets and mufflers are handled separately.

Full warranty terms

Tuner: recommended with every full system. A high-flow air cleaner plus a proper tune is where the horsepower shows up and what keeps the motor from running lean.

Legal: sold for closed-course use. Know your local sound laws. Under the Magnuson-Moss Act a dealer cannot void your warranty for an aftermarket exhaust unless they show it caused the failure.

A new sound for every ride.

The Breacher Bolt On Muffler adds a bold “chop chop chop” tone and raw performance to your Stealth Pipes system. Designed as a direct replacement for all Stealth headers, this hand TIG welded muffler is built in the USA from premium stainless steel and delivers both aggressive sound and durability.

Features:

Universal Fit: Direct bolt on for every Stealth Pipes header ever made.
Hand TIG Welded: Each muffler is hand crafted, producing unique weld coloration worthy of your bike.
Aggressive Sound: Deep, throaty tone designed for riders who want to be heard.
Durable Build: 2 1/4" inner diameter inlet, built to integrate with Stealth Pipes systems or other custom headers.
Easy Install: Comes with rear bracket welded for a perfect fit to your existing system and mounting points.

Whether you’re cruising around town or stretching into mid haul trips, the Breacher Muffler delivers American made power and the unmistakable Stealth Pipes sound.

Rider reviews

What riders say about other Stealth slip-ons

Same hand-built stainless, same mufflers. Each review names the product it was written about.

It arrived before i thought i missunderstood how long it would take to ship when i ordered it i thought it was 2 weeks build and since i got the cerakote black it would be 3 weeks on top of that but it had arrived in 3 weeks. I had it installed within an hour and a half and it sounds and looks amazing
