Full systems are built to order by hand in Vero Beach, Florida, and ship in about 2 to 4 weeks. The build time shows under the price on a full system and again in your cart. On a full system, Polished adds about 3 weeks and Cerakote about 1 week. Slip-on mufflers and parts ship on their own schedule. US orders of $250 or more ship free, counted after discounts. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders can be cancelled before they ship, with a 10% restocking fee since production starts the day you order.

90 days from purchase with proof of purchase and installation by a certified Harley Davidson mechanic. Header cracks are covered in the warranty period, and outside it we still repair them free. Finishes are not covered because heat and tuning vary bike to bike. Brackets and mufflers are handled separately.

Full warranty terms

Protect your shoes, not just your pipes.

The Stealth Pipes Curved Stainless Steel Heat Shields aren’t your typical “full heat shields.” These compact guards are designed to protect your boots and sneakers from accidental pipe contact, keeping your Vans, Converse, or Keds intact for the long haul. Tested on trips from SoCal to Mexico and Florida heat, they deliver just enough coverage without the bulk of a full shield.

Features:

Universal Fit: Works with all Stealth Pipes exhaust models.
Durable Materials: Made from brushed stainless steel; optional polished or black finish.
Complete Kit: Includes all required hardware.
Customizable: Can be polished, raw brushed stainless, or Black Cerakoted.
Optional Engraving: Send a file to add custom laser engraving.
Stealth Badge: Ships blank.
Real Protection: Shields your pipe where it matters around the bends, and can be pieced together with straight shields as well.

Keep your gear safe, your ride clean, and add a touch of American-made style with these compact stainless heat shields.
