Full systems are built to order by hand in Vero Beach, Florida, and ship in about 2 to 4 weeks. The build time shows under the price on a full system and again in your cart. On a full system, Polished adds about 3 weeks and Cerakote about 1 week. Slip-on mufflers and parts ship on their own schedule. US orders of $250 or more ship free, counted after discounts. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders can be cancelled before they ship, with a 10% restocking fee since production starts the day you order.

90 days from purchase with proof of purchase and installation by a certified Harley Davidson mechanic. Header cracks are covered in the warranty period, and outside it we still repair them free. Finishes are not covered because heat and tuning vary bike to bike. Brackets and mufflers are handled separately.

Full warranty terms

Tuner: recommended with every full system. A high-flow air cleaner plus a proper tune is where the horsepower shows up and what keeps the motor from running lean.

Legal: sold for closed-course use. Know your local sound laws. Under the Magnuson-Moss Act a dealer cannot void your warranty for an aftermarket exhaust unless they show it caused the failure.

Explosive sound, modular fit.

The Stealth Pipes Pipe Bomb Muffler was built to give riders the raw, aggressive tone they asked for—wrapped in a design that looks as mean as it sounds. Hand TIG welded in the USA from premium stainless steel, this slip-on bolts directly onto any Stealth header system, or onto custom setups using its 2 1/4" inlet.

Features:

Universal Fit: Bolts directly onto every Stealth Pipes header ever made.
Aggressive Design: “Pipe Bomb” style adds bold looks and a deeper tone.
Handcrafted in the USA: Each muffler is TIG welded, with weld coloration that makes every one unique.
Durable Build: Stainless steel construction for long-lasting performance.
Easy Install: Comes with a welded rear bracket and clamp for a perfect fit.
Universal Inlet: 2 1/4" inner diameter allows use on other-brand or custom headers.

Whether you’re chasing louder tone or just want the toughest looking muffler out there, the Pipe Bomb delivers American made sound and style in a modular, direct bolt-on package.

What riders say about other Stealth slip-ons

Same hand-built stainless, same mufflers. Each review names the product it was written about, and none of them count toward this product's rating.

It arrived before i thought i missunderstood how long it would take to ship when i ordered it i thought it was 2 weeks build and since i got the cerakote black it would be 3 weeks on top of that but it had arrived in 3 weeks. I had it installed within an hour and a half and it sounds and looks amazing
