Full systems are built to order by hand in Vero Beach, Florida, and ship in about 2 to 4 weeks. The build time shows under the price on a full system and again in your cart. On a full system, Polished adds about 3 weeks and Cerakote about 1 week. Slip-on mufflers and parts ship on their own schedule. US orders of $250 or more ship free, counted after discounts. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders can be cancelled before they ship, with a 10% restocking fee since production starts the day you order.

90 days from purchase with proof of purchase and installation by a certified Harley Davidson mechanic. Header cracks are covered in the warranty period, and outside it we still repair them free. Finishes are not covered because heat and tuning vary bike to bike. Brackets and mufflers are handled separately.

The Stealth Pipes Header Only option is for riders who need a replacement header or want a standalone starting point for custom exhaust work. Built from mandrel bent .065 304 stainless steel and TIG welded by hand in the USA, these headers are dyno tuned for performance and ready to bolt onto your specific Harley or Indian model.

Use it as a direct replacement after a crash, pair it with a different muffler setup, or get creative, either way, you’re running Stealth welds and American made craftsmanship.
