Full systems are built to order by hand in Vero Beach, Florida, and ship in about 2 to 4 weeks. The build time shows under the price on a full system and again in your cart. On a full system, Polished adds about 3 weeks and Cerakote about 1 week. Slip-on mufflers and parts ship on their own schedule. US orders of $250 or more ship free, counted after discounts. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders can be cancelled before they ship, with a 10% restocking fee since production starts the day you order.

Every Stealth muffler is a 2.25 inch slip-on in .065 wall 304 stainless and fits every Stealth header.

90 days from purchase with proof of purchase and installation by a certified Harley Davidson mechanic. Header cracks are covered in the warranty period, and outside it we still repair them free. Finishes are not covered because heat and tuning vary bike to bike. Brackets and mufflers are handled separately.

Full warranty terms

Tuner: recommended with every full system. A high-flow air cleaner plus a proper tune is where the horsepower shows up and what keeps the motor from running lean.

Legal: sold for closed-course use. Know your local sound laws. Under the Magnuson-Moss Act a dealer cannot void your warranty for an aftermarket exhaust unless they show it caused the failure.

The Stealth Pipes 2017–2026 Harley Davidson M8 Softail Exhaust System is built to deliver serious horsepower, torque, and American made sound. Hand TIG welded from mandrel bent .065 304 stainless steel, this system consistently produces dyno proven gains of +25 horsepower on 114 engines when paired with a high flow filter.
